How complaints are managed
Fighting Chance is committed to delivering high quality and safe services that
meet the needs of the people we support, their families and carers.
We believe you should be able to provide feedback (both positive and negative) about our services at any time. All complaints received are acknowledged, responded to, investigated internally and, where there are actions required to resolve the complaint, we act transparently to reach a mutual resolution
We value complaints and use them to improve our service. We will always try and resolve your complaint as efficiently and effectively as possible.
NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of people with disability by ensuring NDIS service providers are doing the right thing.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to or handled your feedback, you can contact the NDIS Commission at any time.
You can also escalate any concern or complaint directly to the NDIS Commission.
